Mexican Fish Soup with Shrimp and Mahi Mahi

Mexican Fish Soup


  • 8 oz of Swan Clam juice
  • 2 lemons
  • 8 oz of shrimp
  • 8 oz of Mahi Mahi  (El Dorado)
  • ½ cup of diced onions
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • ½ cup of sliced Mexican Calabacita
  • 4 or 5 Green Olives diced

Saute onions and garlic with a teaspoon of Olive olive

Add 4 oz of clam juice and 8 oz of vegetable broth

Add fish and shrimp

Let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the fish is done

Garnish with avocados slices and cilantro

Add lemon juice to your liking and Cumin and black pepper
